Members of the public are “unsure what to expect” during the second junior doctors’ strike.

I'm fully supportive of strikes but they have mostly been avoided in Wales so I am unsure what to expect.

If I have a routine hospital appt on strike day 1, am I correct in thinking I won't be informed of any cancellation until that day?
