Police were called to a polling station in Westminster Crescent, Fulwood, at 10:25pm last night following reports a man threatened staff after voting closed.

The box was delayed in arriving from the Community Room venue to the counting hall at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield.

Four hours after the verification process started, no votes had been counted.

According to a statement from Sheffield City Council, it has now arrived and the incident is resolved.
